A Legacy Of Inclusivity
At times in our history when most college preparatory schools were uninterested in the diversity of their student bodies, Worcester Academy distinguished itself by welcoming students of all cultural, racial, religious, and financial backgrounds.

DEI in Action
Our students participate in national and regional DEI-focused conferences and workshops.
Worcester Academy is proud to support and participate in the AISNE diversity practitioners programs and events, and is a past host of the High School Students of Color Conference.
Affinity Groups
Our affinity groups are active, dynamic hubs where students of particular self-identified affinities can safely come together to bond, exchange ideas, support one another, promote inclusivity, and organize community events.
Spotlight: Multicultural Potluck
Our Multicultural Potluck is a wonderful celebration of unity and a delicious reflection of our community’s diverse cultural backgrounds from around the world.
