Our  People

Guiding Students To Greatness

Worcester Academy’s faculty, staff, and leadership are driven by a student-centered approach and an intrinsic love of learning we aim to exude every day.

From teachers and advisors to coaches and counselors, we revel in the profound opportunity and privilege of helping young Hilltoppers become the best version of themselves.

Driven To Make A Difference

Worcester Academy attracts bright minds from diverse backgrounds who share a common passion for education and a commitment to nurturing the potential in every student.

Our teachers deliver learning experiences that kindle students’ curiosity and inspire their notions of what’s possible.

Connect With Our Faculty

Ensuring Every Child Is Known And Nurtured

Advisors are a consistent point of contact for academic and personal guidance throughout every students’ tenure. With 8:1 advisor-to-student ratios, students always have a source of support nearby.

Advisory groups begin in Middle School and continue through Upper School, where students meet at least once per week. Students can also schedule one-on-one time with their advisor as needed.

Board Of Trustees

Our board is comprised of highly dedicated professionals from different industries, many of whom are graduates of Worcester Academy. Each brings a wealth of knowledge, insight, and eagerness for ensuring that Worcester Academy remains a highly competitive independent school where students of all kinds are positioned for lifelong success.

I chose Worcester Academy for my children because of its urban setting, diverse and experiential learning environment, and strong community values. We're building on a legacy of inclusivity and resilience, and we're just getting started.
